At Vanilla Bicycle Company

I have been working with Vanilla Bicycle Company, a custom bicycle builder in Portland, Oregon for almost six years, starting straight forwardly enough, as a contract bookkeeper.  My role over the course of the last few years has shifted more into financial management and budget development and planning, increasingly into financial, human resource and operational systems development.  It's been a joy to grow professionally with this growing business rooted in community and excellence in craft.
