About Me

I envision changing the world one social enterprise at a time, whether it's through nurturing a brilliant vision to fruition, stewarding growth in impact or business value, or building authentic and supportive work environments for employees bringing their unique gifts to the table. I do this through clarifying and syncing vision, grounded potential, and culture; facilitating strategic planning and translating into action plans, priorities and budgets; and developing the operational, financial and human resource systems to bring vision and organizational goals to life. With my unique background in construction bookkeeping and growth as a non-profit finance and operations professional, my work is pragmatically informed with concrete tools in accounting and human resources.

My sweet spot is seeing the matrix of human potential, financial management and smooth operations come together to drive organizational excellence in periods of change and growth. I also love getting people excited about budgets and financials. It can be done.
